Proof of Vaccination

Effective September 22, 2021, as per provincial regulations, visitors to the Township Office will need to provide proof of vaccination with photo ID prior to attending meetings and appointments. Proof of vaccination will not be required if entering the building for paying taxes, drop-off or pick-off of documents, etc. Please call ahead to book an appointment if needed and choose virtual meetings whenever possible. We appreciate everyone's cooperation during this new phase.

K&P Trail Road Closure in Calabogie

Reminder that as of August 9th 2021 until further notice, the K&P Trail road between Barryvale Road and Tatty Hill Road, will be open to local traffic only. No through traffic. Mondays to Thursdays between 6:30am and 4:30pm.  Please use Tatty Hill Road Detour.

Blasting Operations - Calabogie Generating Station

Notification of Blasting Operations
Calabogie Generating Station Redevelopment
Calabogie, Ontario
Dear Occupant,
Please be advised that the ongoing construction for the Calabogie Generating Station
Redevelopment will require the use of explosives/blasting.
Blasting will be commencing on or about the week of September 13, 2021 for a period
of approximately eight (8) weeks. Blasting will be conducted Monday through Friday
between 7:00am and 7:00pm with up to four (4) blasts occurring per day.


Ferguson Lake Road

The County of Renfrew will be undertaking the replacement of County Structure COSS (Constant Creek Culverts) on Ferguson Lake Road, approximately 6.5km north of County Road 508
(Calabogie Road). The construction project is anticipated to commence the week of August 9, 2021 and is anticipated to last approximately four (4) weeks.

Cogeco Expanding Broadband Services

ICON and ISED awarded funding to Cogeco for Renfrew County. The funding will serve Greater Madawaska from Lundy's Corner along County Rd 508 (Calabogie Rd) through Burnstown, Springtown to Calabogie.
