Reduced load limits of 5 tonnes per axle on all municipal roads within the Township will be lifted commencing Monday May 15, 2023 at 12:01am

The Township of Greater Madawaska’s flags are currently at half-mast as a mark of respect following the death of on duty Ontario Provincial Police Officer, Sgt. Eric Mueller, as result of a shooting in Bourget this morning.
We send our deepest condolences to Sgt. Mueller's family, friends and colleagues, and our thoughts are with the two injured officers as we await news of the status of their injuries.
