Going digital? Download free eBooks, magazines and audiobooks from the Ontario Library Service Overdrive system or or Overdrive's Libby App. Use your library membership card to access:

  • Thousands of titles for all ages (summaries will help you make your selections)
  • Many topics across a wide range of categories
  • 3000+ magazines (*new in 2022*)

You can download to your desktop, laptop or mobile device, but note that Overdrive eBooks are not compatible with Kindle in Canada.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To access OverDrive via the login screen, your library card number must be 5 digits long. If your card number is fewer than 5 digits you will need to add enough 'placer' digits in front of your number to make it equal 5 digits. In our case, we use '0'. For example, if your card number is 6000, you will enter 06000.
