National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is a day to honour, remember, and learn.

In honour of the third annual National Day for Truth and Reconciliation (NDTR), APTN, the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation (NCTR) and the Anishinaabe Algonquin Nation is joining forces to produce a 90-minute multilingual commemoration on September 30th. The gathering will be broadcast live across the country from Parliament Hill, on the unceded, unsurrendered territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin Nation.

In honour of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation a gathering will be held at Waba Cottage Museum & Gardens, 24 Museum Rd, White Lake, ON, 10:00am-11:00am. The gathering will include presentations by BIAK Earlyon mobile, including smudging, drum teaching, drumming and singing, indigenous teaching, kids crafts.
