Canada Day in Greater Madawaska 2025

Celebrating Canada Day in Greater Madawaska is always a great time!

Start off with Canada Day Celebrations on Saturday June 28 at 12pm-4pm, at the Matawatchan Hall, 1677 Frontenac Road, Matawatchan.

On Tuesday July 1, take part in the 5K & 1K FunRun in Matawatchan at 8am, at the Matawatchan Hall, 1677 Frontenac Road, Matawatchan.

After the run you can enjoy Breakfast in Calabogie, at 8:30am-11:00am, at the Calabogie Community Hall, 574 Mill Street, Calabogie.

Then head to Dacre 2pm-Dusk, to the DACA Centre, 111 Flat Road, Dacre, to enjoy a fun filled day of Canada Day Celebrations including horse and wagon rides, horsehoes, kids games, bouncy castle, BBQ, and fireworks.

Or head to Calabogie 4pm-10pm, to Madawaska Street, for tons of fun, live music with "The Front Porch Sitters", food, games, demos, axe throwing, tug of war competitions, fireworks, and more!
