Brain Gym Class
Class Times:
- Thursday, April 16: 2:45–3:45 pm
- Thursdays, April 23 & April 30: 1:00–2:00 pm
- Thursdays, May 7, 14 & 21: 12:45–1:45 pm
Class Focus: Coordination, Memory Recall, Concentration, Brain Health, and Social Interaction
Format: Rotating activity stations, including both individual and group-based exercises
Fees (6-week Session)
- GM55+ Member: $10.00 total
- Non-Member: $51.00

Chair Exercise Class
Class Times:
- Thursday, April 16: 2:00–2:30 pm
- Thursdays, April 23 & April 30: 2:15-3:15 pm
- Thursdays, May 7, 14 & 21: 2:00-3:00 pm
Class Focus: Stability, Balance, Strength, Flexibility, Stamina, Social Engagement
Format: Seated or standing exercises using bands, blocks, and balls (No mats required)
Fees (6-week Session)
- GM55+ Member: $8.00 total
- Non-Member: $45.00
