Funding & Incentives for Businesses

The Township of Greater Madawaska is investing in local businesses, property improvements, and economic growth.

Through our Community Improvement Plan (CIP), we offer a range of financial incentive programs to help reduce the cost of upgrades, redevelopment, and expansion projects across the Township.

The financial incentive programs within the Community Improvement Plan (CIP) were developed to help realize the vision and goals identified above. The programs within the CIP are as follows:
