Get ready to paint the great outdoors! The Greater Madawaska Landscape Artist of the Year is a new community art competition celebrating the natural beauty of Calabogie and the talent of local artists. The Greater Madawaska Recreation and Culture Committee in partnership with local artists, invites artists of all styles and skill levels to participate in a friendly “en plein air” (outdoor) painting contest at picturesque Barnet Park.

Whether you're a seasoned amatuer painter or a budding young artist, this event is a fun and inspiring way to connect with nature, the arts, and the local community.
