About the Program
Join us for a fun and relaxing yoga series designed for moms and their little ones! This gentle program combines movement, mindfulness, and play—helping parents stretch, strengthen, and unwind while children enjoy interactive poses and bonding time.
No prior yoga experience is needed—it’s the perfect way to connect, recharge, and share quality time together.
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat
- Blanket for the mini
- Water
- Your smiles!
Program Details
- Dates: January 21, January 28, February 4, & February 18, 2026
- Time: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Location: Calabogie Community Hall
574 Mill Street, Calabogie, ON K0J 1H0 - Cost: $20 per class (Mom & Child) or $65 for all 4 classes
- Payment Methods: Credit Card, E‑Transfer, Cash/debit/cheque in office
