Community Support Services

Seniors in the Township of Greater Madawaska have access to a variety of resource in the community for assistance. The Seniors Advisory Committee developed a booklet for older adults in the community, the booklet Community Services for Older Adults is available for download.

Calabogie and Area Home Support is another program to support our seniors, they provide a variety of different programs, such as frozen meals, transportation services, and telephone assurance.

Whether you’re struggling with loneliness or simply looking to stay socially healthy and add some connection to your routine, they're there to lend an empathetic ear and engage in delightful conversations.
