Ball tournament, Bouncy Castles for kids and games for all ages, bands, BBQ lunch and catered dinner, Lions Club bar; 10 AM - 11 PM; proceeds to support the Calabogie Community rink. Rain or Shine.

Showcase Paradise 2017

Showcasing Greater Madawaska businesses and activities. Doors open 4-9 pm Thursday, Noon-9 Friday. Leads to Community Spirit Bogie Style ball tournament and community event on Friday and Saturday, May 26 & 27.

The Township is participating in the Canada 150 Art Tree Project and needs your help!
The theme of the Township Art Tree will be to celebrate the rich history of Greater Madawaska. Each leaf will represent the Towns/Hamlets of the Municipality, past and present.

The Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act applies to all local government organizations, including municipalities, school boards, public utilities, transit and police commissions, fire departments, conservation authorities, boards of health and other local boards. There are separate Acts that apply specifically to Provincial Ministries, agencies and Federal Government institutions.

Ombudsman Ontario Information Flyer

The Ombudsman is an independent officer of the Ontario legislature and a watchdog who resolves and investigates complaints about provincial government bodies and municipalities. They are an impartial investigator that makes recommendations to improve public services, with full confidentiality given to complaintants who submit reports to the Office of the Ombudsman.
